We are hiring a PRN Compassionate Medical Social Worker (MSW) to provide hospice social services in and around the New Kensington Area!     Our Medical Social Workers (MSW) are responsible for the delivery of various social work services to hospice patients and their families. Our Medical Social Workers (MSW) provide social service counseling and guidance to facilitate the maximum functioning and coping capacity to each patient and caregiver/family member.   Heritage Hospice is a premier provider of end-of-life care.
